![]() Grilled King Mackerel That actually tastes good!
Cut King Mackerel into 1"-1 1/2" thick fillets. Wash and pat dry. Spray with Olive Oil. Sprinkle McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning. Grill on Med-High heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Serve and eat hot.
Cucumber Crab SlawIn a medium serving bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar, mustard and celery seed. Stir in cucumber and fresh crab meat. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
